Parks Victoria - Great places to walk
Parks Victoria look after some of the best spaces for walking in Victoria. Parks Victoria is an independent statutory authority and its role is to protect, conserve and enhance Victoria’s parks and waterways on behalf of all Victorians.
For our most up-to-date list of Parks Victoria walks, please go to this link at our Walking Maps site. To find accessible walks, check the 'Accessible walks' box in the Popular Searches dropdown.
(We have mapped many more accessible walks in parks not managed by Parks Victoria.)
Check for Change of Conditions before visiting a national park:
Before setting out on your adventure, be sure to check that roads or trails in the park you are visiting have not been affected by severe weather. Parks Victoria's Change of Conditions page. Links to specific park information pages can also be found at the top of each of our Walking Maps (click the 'Find Out More' link).
